Review Process

The Green Publication shall not accept or publish manuscripts in its journal without prior double blind peer review. There shall be a review process of manuscripts by one or more independent referees who are conversant in the pertinent subject area. The peer review process may take 4-8 weeks time period. But due to COVID-19 pandemic reviews may delay up to 10-12 weeks.

The journal uses a double-blind peer review examination that ensures that both the examiner and the author are hidden from the examiner and vice versa. To promote this, writers must ensure that their manuscripts do not convey their identities.

FOR AUTHORS

Authors should strive for maximum clarity of expression, bearing in mind that the purpose of publication is the disclosure of technical knowledge and that an excessively complex or poorly written presentation can only obscure the significance of the work presented. Material which is not essential to the continuity of the text (e.g., proofs, derivations, or calculations) be placed in Appendices.

Authors must ensure the following guidelines before submitting the manuscript:

  • Title Page

Throughout the peer review process, the title page will remain separate from the manuscript and is not submitted to reviewers. It should include

The text is entitled to both names and affiliations of the contributors

A full author address, with an email address the corresponding author

Recognitions

Declaration of conflict of interest

  • Anonymized Manuscript

Before submitting your manuscript, please delete identifiers such as writers' names or affiliations. Besides deleting names and affiliations in the document under the title, further efforts must be made to ensure that the manuscript is properly prepared for dual-blind peer review.

“POINTS TO CONSIDER- Use the third person to refer to the work the authors have previously published. Exclude acknowledgments and any references to funding sources. Use the title page, which is not sent to reviewers, to detail these and to declare any potential conflicts of interest. All file types except the title page and cover letter are typically included in the version of your manuscript shared with reviewers”.

FOR REVIEWERS

The editor evaluates the recommendation and notifies the author of the manuscript status. The manuscript may be:

 *Accepted for publication

*Accepted for publication with minor changes, with no re-review or revision required

*Accepted for publication after substantial revision and additional review

 *Rejected

The comments of the anonymous reviewers will be forwarded to the authors, and when the authors are ready to submit their revised manuscript, read the comments of the editors and reviewers, and respond to them by telling what modifications they have made in their manuscript or why they have not made the suggested changes.

Material which has been previously published or accepted for publication will not be considered for publication in the journals.

The review process shall ensure that all authors have equal opportunity for publication of their papers. Acceptance and scheduling of publication of papers in these periodicals shall not be impeded by added criteria and procedures beyond those contained in the review process.

The editorial board is highly committed to the quick review process of the paper, but not with the sacrifice of the right judgment of a paper. The review process takes maximum a week.

FLOW OF REVIEW PROCESS

Green Publication journal uses a double-blind peer-review process, which ensures that during the review process, both the reviewer and author names are kept hidden from the reviewers, and vice versa. The identity of the author will remain unknown to the reviewers of the article, and the author will remain anonymous to the reviewers. Green publication ensures that journals that are published by them are of high quality and validity.

Peer review is the process of evaluating work by one or more individuals who have similar skills to the work's creators. The Peer-review process has the following steps:

  1. Your manuscript will be given an initial desk review by the journal's editor or editorial office when it arrives at the editorial office. If your article fails to pass these preliminary checks, the editor can reject it right away.
  2. The editor will then locate and email other experts in your field to request that they review the article. A minimum of two reviewers is usually needed for each article, but this varies by journal, your article will be read and commented on by the reviewers. They may also be asked to advise the editor on whether your article is appropriate for that journal's publication.
  3. Before the paper is ready to be reviewed, the editor and reviewers are likely to make suggestions about how to improve it. They can make a few simple suggestions (‘minor changes') or require more significant changes before your paper is approved for publication.
  4. The article can be sent for revision, in case where the articles needs a little or severe corrections. Where author need to make the necessary modifications as per reviewers guidelines.
  5. The reviewers have the right to send the article for revision as many time until they make an acceptance or rejection decision.
  6. Reject: If the article is rejected, the author notified about the reason so that next time they can improve the article and resubmit it for review process.
  7. Accept: Once the article is accepted, the author(s) notified via email and acceptance letter sent with draft copy of article and the article will be sent to COPYEDITING stage. The draft copy is a final snapshot of the article which is going to be published. Our copyeditors format the article according to manuscript preparation guidelines.
  8. Authors need to then process the publication charges as per journal guidelines if there are any.
  9. After acceptance author needs to approve the draft copy for final publication. If author needs to make any changes in draft copy, then he need to notify the Chief Editor via email for approval of changes.
  10. Once the steps of copyediting, publication charges formalities, draft copy approval are complete, then article will be processed for final publication. Article is published according to journal publication policies.
