Abstract

Orbital mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is a rare malignancy. We report the case of a 15-year-old boy, whose presenting sign consisted of left exophthalmos. Computed tomography and brain MRI showed an intraorbital mass. Histological examination of the specimen concluded to a mesenchymal chondrosarcoma. The epidemiological and histological aspects are discussed.
