Community home-based elderly care has established a new social service system by further integrating the elderly care functions of government, society, market, community and family. It has the characteristics of convenience, strong pertinence and wide participation. The basis of promoting the community home-based elderly care model is that: the community home-based elderly care has a strong emotional and cultural foundation, which is in line with the psychology and elderly care habits of the elderly; The cost of community home-based elderly care is relatively low; Community home-based elderly care has rich human resources; The success of foreign community care model provides us with rich experience and enlightenment.
