Post Publication Policy
The International Journal for Research in Media & Communication (IJRMC) and its publisher, Green Publication Services Private Limited, are committed to maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the scholarly record.
If errors, ethical concerns, or research misconduct are identified after publication, the journal may take appropriate corrective actions to ensure transparency and maintain the credibility of the academic record.
Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, the journal may implement one or more of the following measures:
-
Publication of Corrections or Errata: Minor errors that do not affect the overall validity of the research findings may be corrected through the publication of an official correction notice.
-
Expression of Concern: If serious concerns arise regarding the integrity or reliability of a published article but the investigation is still ongoing, the journal may publish an expression of concern to inform readers.
-
Retraction of the Article: In cases involving significant ethical violations, plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or invalid research findings, the journal may retract the article to protect the integrity of the scholarly record.
All post-publication decisions are made in accordance with internationally recognized ethical publishing standards and follow the principles recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
The journal ensures that any corrections, expressions of concern, or retraction notices are clearly linked to the original article and remain permanently accessible to maintain transparency and accountability in scholarly publishing.
